Ms Koh Kah Sek ("Ms Koh") will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 July 2026 ("2026 AGM"). She will accordingly retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company upon conclusion of the 2026 AGM. Concurrently, Ms Koh will relinquish as the Chairman of Audit Committee on 24 July 2026.

The Board would like to express its deep appreciation to Ms Koh for her invaluable contributions, guidance, and commitment throughout her tenure.
