GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited on January 26, 2021 has successfully priced USD 300 Million aggregate principal amount of 4.75 percentage Senior Secured Notes due 2026 . GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited intends to use the gross proceeds of the offering of the said Notes for part of the capital expenditures with respect to the master plan of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Hyderabad (the Airport), which entails expansion of the Airport to increase passenger capacity to 34 million passengers per year
