NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to Section 12.02 of the indenture (the Indenture) dated as of January 14, 2021 by and between WIN Semiconductors Corp. (the Issuer) and The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as Trustee (the Trustee), relating to the Issuer s Currency-Linked Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds Due 2026 (the Bonds), and pursuant to the terms of the Bonds, the Issuer had exercised its option to redeem all outstanding Bonds in whole on February 23, 2024 (the Redemption Date) at the redemption price (the Redemption Price). After the redemption, none of the Bonds will remain outstanding.
