The Annual General Meeting of the Company for FY2019 ("2020 AGM") will be held on or before 29 June 2020. The AR 2019 does not contain the Notice of 2020 AGM or the Proxy Form. The Company shall be releasing announcement(s) via SGXNet on any further updates in respect of the 2020 AGM, and the Notice of 2020 AGM together with the Proxy Form will be issued and dispatched to the shareholders, in due course.
