The Board of Directors of Keppel Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Choo Chin Teck as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014.

Mr Tok Boon Sheng has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014.

Following the above changes, Mr Tok Boon Sheng and Ms Tan Jin Li, Anna shall be the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company.
