The Company would like to inform that a bondholder has additionally converted the Bonds accounting for Baht 179 million into 8,505,583 ordinary shares of the Company, resulting in the increase of the Company s paid up capital from Baht 1,555.60 million to Baht 1,556.45 million and the outstanding principal of the Bonds totalling Baht 6,893 million.
