The Company wishes to announce that its holding company, Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd ( PPTB ) had, today held a Court Convened Meeting ( CCM ) for the lenders and creditors of PPTB to vote, either in favour or against the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement presented by PPTB.

The CCM had just been concluded and the results have been announced on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website as attached.
