Further to the announcements on 4 August 2017 and 25 August 2017, please see attached a press release (the "Press Release") by Geneba Properties N.V. ("Geneba") in connection with an update on the one-time all-cash offer for all the remaining issued and outstanding depositary receipts ("DRs") in Geneba (the "One-Time Offer") by Frasers Property Investments (Holland) B.V. ("Frasers Property"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Frasers Centrepoint Limited.

As stated in the Press Release, as at the end of the offer period of the One-Time Offer on 8 September 2017, almost all holders of the remaining DRs accepted the One-Time Offer. Frasers Property holds as of the date of the Press Release, 99.4% of the depositary receipts in Geneba.
