Mr Tay Tiang Guan is retiring at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 29 April 2026 ("AGM"), to spend more time on his personal interests.

Accordingly, Mr Tay Tiang Guan will retire as an Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM. That said, Mr Tay Tiang Guan will be appointed as a senior advisor of the Company following his retirement.
