With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR), 2015, We, Videocon Industries Limited wish to inform your good office that Mrs. Sarita Sanjay Surve has tendered her resignation vide her letter dated June 27, 2022, as the Independent, Non-Executive Director in the Company with immediate effect.
The said resignation was received by the Resolution Professional on June 27, 2022 and shall be placed before the Committee of Creditors.
