At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 17 May 2023, said Board declared cash dividend of One Peso and Sixty-Eight Centavos (Php 1.68) per share for the first semester of 2023.

Source of dividend payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of 31 December 2022 less the capital adjustment as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
