1. The Bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bond Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 15 March 2019.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Bonds are 'SriLankab7.85%290314R' and 'SLNB29R' respectively. The ISIN Code is USY8137FAP37.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Bonds issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Bonds issued under Rule 144A.
