Please refer to the Company's announcement on 7 April 2020 on the extension of time granted by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited up to 29 June 2020 for the Company to hold its annual general meeting ("2020 AGM"). Please note that the AR 2019 does not contain the Notice of the 2020 AGM or the Proxy Form for use in relation to the 2020 AGM.
