Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr. Liew Kian Er will cease to serve as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company and its subsidiaries (together the "Group") as part of the Group's succession planning for the finance department.

Mr. Liew will remain in the Group as Director, Corporate Affairs to facilitate an orderly transition of his responsibilities as he gradually reduces his work commitments to pursue other interests.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Liew as the CFO.

There are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Liew and there are no disagreements between Mr. Liew and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
