The Board of Directors of Sunmart Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its external Auditors, Nexia TS Public Accounting Corporation, has issued a qualified opinion and emphasis of matter in respect of its financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, details of which are set out in the Independent Auditors' Report dated 2 July 2014 attached.

The Company's Annual Report for FY2012 containing the Independent Auditors' Report and the Company's consolidated financial statements for FY2012 will be despatched to shareholders and to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 7 July 2014.
