On July 12, 2022 and July 18, 2022, the Company repurchased a total principal amount of US$30,000,000 of the August 2019 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the August 2019 Notes, representing 20.0% of the original issue size of the August 2019 Notes.

The Company will surrender the notes it purchased to the The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Luxembourg Branch as the Registrar for cancellation. Cancellation of the notes is expected to be completed in early August 2022. After cancellation of the above repurchased August 2019 Notes, the principal amount of the August 2019 Notes that remains outstanding is US$120,000,000.
