Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Thomas Tan Gim Chua ("Mr Tan") has resigned from his position as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company for personal reasons and following the expiry of the initial period of his service agreement. He will concurrently relinquish his position as a member of the Nominating Committee. The Board would like to express its heartfelt gratitude towards Mr Tan for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.

After having interviewed Mr Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte.Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Tan as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company.
