As previously announced on July 18, 2022, following the settlement of the tender offer conducted by PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (the Company ), the aggregate principal amount of Notes that remain outstanding as of the date hereof is U.S.$40,275,000. Based on bondholder identification surveys and market inquiries conducted by or on behalf of the Company, the Company believes that the outstanding Notes are held by a limited number of holders. The Company hereby invites those holders to contact the Company at +62 21 29035401 or swasti@ssms.co.id and corporate@ssms.co.id to discuss the potential repurchase of the Notes on bilaterally negotiated terms, no later than December 19, 2022.

The Company is making this announcement solely as a result of the particular circumstances relating to the Notes, in particular their illiquidity and low dispersion. This announcement is not a widespread solicitation of offers nor a transaction that may constitute a tender offer. Any person contacting the Company in connection with this announcement will be required to represent, among other things, that such person is contacting the Company from outside the United States and is not, and is not acting on behalf of any beneficial holder that is, a U.S. Person (as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933).
