Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read alongwith clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith a disclosure regarding the Orders received on August 31, 2024 by Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ), passed by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Guwahati, Assam ( Order 1 ), the Additional Commissioner, Jaipur, Rajasthan ( Order 2 ) and the Senior Joint Commissioner, Large Tax Payer Unit, Corporate Division, West Bengal ( Order 3 ).
