This is to inform that Shri Sutanu Sinha, was nominated as a Part-Time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Canara Bank, for a period of 3 years from the date of notification or until further orders which is the earliest, vide notification No. F.No. 6/24/2010-BO.I dated 17.10.2011 by Ministry of Finance , Government of India, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980.

The term of the said Director completed on 16th October, 2014 and ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank on the said date.
