Additional TextReference is made to the announcement made on 26 September 2014 on the delisting of the Series A Convertible Perpetual Preference Units ("Series A CPPUs") counter.
Additional TextThe trading of Series A CPPUs on the SGX-ST under Frasers CommCPPU (KT8U) will be suspended immediately, pending the voluntary delisting of the Series A CPPUs counter on 1 October 2014, immediately after the conversion of the remaining Series A CPPUs in issue into new ordinary units in Frasers Commercial Trust ("FCOT") on that date.
Additional TextThe approval in-principle for the delisting of the Series A CPPUs counter granted by the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Series A CPPUs, FCOT and/or its subsidiaries.
