Further to our letter Sc no. 16619 dated January 6, 2022 and in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 52 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) at its Meeting held today, i.e., January 31, 2022 has approved and taken on record the Audited Standalone
Financial Results along with Auditor's Report and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report, for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The said Financial Results and the Auditor's Reports along with a Press Release are attached herewith.
