Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and its direct and indirect impacts, the asset disposition processes and proceeds collection of the Company have been delayed. The Company currently anticipates that the Company will not be in a position to pay the principal amount of, or the accrued but unpaid interest on, the Notes on the Maturity Date which is 2 August 2020, and the Company expects to conduct a consent solicitation to seek a consensual resolution from the Noteholders to modify certain terms and conditions of the Notes as soon as practicable.For more information, please refer to the attachment.
