The 26th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Arya Samaj Hall, Plot No. 6, Sector 9A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703.

Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, December 5, 2019 to Thursday, December 12, 2019 (both days inclusive). The proposed book closure is with regard to the AGM of the Company.
