Tata Motors signs Definitive Agreement to acquire 27% stake in Freight Tiger

We would like to clarify that Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) has today entered into agreements to acquire 26.79% stake in Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited through investments in Equity shares and Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares of Freight Commerce Solutions Private Limited.
