Ltd., Shwe Taung Junction City Development Co., Ltd. and City Square Pte. Ltd. on 26 October 2013 on the formation of a joint venture company in Myanmar for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, developing and/or managing a hotel under the "Pan Pacific" brand to be situated in the prime city centre of Yangon, Myanmar.
