The Board of Directors (the "Board") of China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd ("CAO") refers to the Announcement issued on 1 December 2023 relating to the Appointment of Mr. Shi Yanliang as the Executive Chairman of CAO on 15 December 2023. In accordance with Rule 210(5)(a) and Practice Note 2.3 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, the Board is pleased to inform that Mr. Shi Yanliang has completed the prescribed mandatory training as specified under Schedule 1 to Practice Note 2.3 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, within one year of his appointment to the Board.
