"Company") was listed on Catalist of the
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited (the "SGX-ST") on 18 May 2023. The
initial public offering of the Company was
sponsored by Novus Corporate Finance Pte.
Ltd. (the "Sponsor").
