The Nominating Committee ("NC") has considered Mr Goi's professional qualifications, working experiences, suitability and familiarity with the operations and business of the Company and its subsidiaries, and recommended to the Board that Mr Goi to be appointed as Executive Director of the Company.

After having considered the recommendation of the NC, the Board is satisfied that Mr Goi has the requisite expertise and capability to assume the responsibilities as the Executive Director of the Company.
