This is to inform you that the Bombay High Court has admitted the Winding up Petition filed by Tata Capital Financial Services Limited against the Company to recover dues worth about INR 27 crores from the Company but has not made appointment of Provisional Liquidator. The High Court has also stayed the order of publication for 4 weeks and granted the Company 4 weeks time to make an appeal before the division bench of the Court against this decision.

The Company has not yet received a certified copy of the Order from the Bombay High Court but has obtained a copy of the order uploaded on the Bombay High Court website in soft form. The Company has referred the matter to its attorney and will file an appeal against the order before the Division Bench of the High Court.
