Avation PLC, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announced on 16 March 2017 that it had entered into a letter of intent in relation to the sale of six ATR 72 600 aircraft. The Company confirms that it has now entered into definitive sale and purchase agreements with Chorus Aviation Capital Corp., and certain of its subsidiaries in relation to the aircraft.
