Dear Sirs,

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ( NRC ) has granted 110,757 Stock Options, comprising of 100,447 Options and 10,310 Performance Stock Units ( PSUs ) on 21st July, 2025 to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of the UltraTech Cement Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme, 2022 ( the Scheme - 2022 ).
