IENOVA ANNOUNCES A CORPORATE LONG-TERM CREDIT FACILITY

Mexico City, June 10, 2020 Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. ( IEnova ), informs that today it entered into a 15-year financing with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation ( DFC ) for up to US$241 000,000.00 (two hundred and forty-one million dollars).

This is part of the financing structure that the company closed with the International Finance Corporation ( IFC ), a member of the World Bank Group, the North American Development Bank and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
