Please refer to the attached the announcement on the termination of the subscription agreement dated 25 June 2024 with Ms Jacqueline Hughes Yap and the entry into the subscription agreement dated 21 July 2024 with Mr Bobby Lim Chye Huat in substitution thereof as well as the receipt of SGD1.7 million pursuant to a prefunding of the entire subscription amount payable for the 1,133,333,333 new ordinary shares forming the subject-matter of the subscription of the aforesaid new ordinary shares.

Please also refer to the previous announcement dated 25 June 2024 (as updated and replaced on 1 July 2024) on, among others, the subscription of the above-mentioned 1,133,333,333 new ordinary shares. A redacted copy is attached to this announcement.
