ASX Announcement and Investor Presentation - Annual results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2014

CFS Retail Property Trust Group has today announced to the ASX a solid net profit of $400.1 million for the 12 months ended 30 June 2014, driven by steady property income growth and positive property valuations. A full-year distribution of 13.6 cents per security will be paid to securityholders, in line with guidance.
