The Nominating Committee had reviewed, assessed and concluded that Mr Darrell Lim Chee Lek ( "Mr Darrell Lim" ) possesses the requisite qualifications and work experiences. On the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Darrell Lim as non-executive and Independent Director, Non-executive Chairman, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of Audit and Nomination Committees.
