The Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") appointment is due to the retirement of Mr Ong Choo Guan as Executive Director and CEO. The Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors are of the view that in his previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mr Low Jooi Kok has demonstrated strong management and commercial capabilities, and is able to add value to the Group's businesses and had approved the appointment. (Please refer to announcement made on 18 March 2016 for further details).
