Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): We hereby inform you that the Company had appointed Mr. Anish Gupta, Partner, VKMG & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process on the resolution contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 28th April, 2025 ( Notice ). The Scrutinizer's Report dated 27th June, 2025 is attached as Annexure I.
Based on the report of the Scrutinizer, the resolution as set out in the Notice has been duly passed by the shareholders with requisite majority and is deemed to have been passed on the last date for remote e-voting i.e. Thursday, 26th June, 2025.
In terms of the provisions of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the details of the results of voting held through remote e-voting is attached as Annexure II.
The voting results along with the scrutinizer s report will also be made available on the Company s website at www.ultratechcement.com.
