In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and letter A.a) of the Section II of the General Rule No. 486, and number 5.1.7 of the Section IV of the General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the CMF ), hereby report as a Material Fact the following: On June 21, 2026, Scotiabank Chile (hereinafter, the Bank ) carried-out a placement of one dematerialized and bearer bonds.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follow:
- Series AC subordinated bonds, for a total amount of 250,000 unidades de fomento (equivalent to approximately USD 10 million), maturing on August 1, 2046. The average placement rate of the securities was 3.23%. These bonds were charged to the line registered in the Securities Registry of the CMF under number 6-3/2023 dated January 31, 2024.
