Mr Ng will step down as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 31 October 2025. Mr Ng will assume the role of Advisor with the Company upon his cessation as the Chief Financial Officer.

The Board and Management would like to express our appreciation to Mr Ng for his contributions to the Company.

Mr Ng will remain as Company Secretary of the Company.
