Hiap Seng Engineering Ltd (Judicial Managers Appointed) (the Company and together with its subsidiaries, the Group ) wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Tan Lian Chew as Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) on 16 December 2022.

The Board would like to put on record their heartfelt appreciation and thanks to Mr Tan Lian Chew for his invaluable support and contributions to the Company.
