We wish to inform you that the Committee of the Company at its meeting held today, has considered allotment of 21,36,546 equity shares consequent to conversion of 328 Interest Bearing Convertible Bonds (Series B2 Bonds) aggregating to US$ 0.328 Mn. at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share. Post the above conversion, outstanding Series B2 Bonds are US$ 58.711 Mn. respectively as on February 4, 2022.
