Mr Xu Quanqiang ("Mr Xu") has been serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company since 8 July 2025. During this period, he has provided steady leadership and ensured continuity in the Group's operations while advancing its strategic priorities.

As part of the Group's succession planning, the Nominating Committee ("NC"), having considered Mr Xu's contributions to the Group, track record, capabilities and experience, has recommended him to be appointed as CEO of the Company.

In evaluating Mr Xu's appointment as CEO, the Board and the NC considered among others, his leadership, industry knowledge, familiarity with the Group's business and operations as well as ability to drive the Group's strategic objectives. Having considered the recommendations of the NC and assessed Mr Xu's experience, skillsets, qualifications and performance as interim CEO, as well as his contributions to the Group, the Board has accepted the recommendations of the NC and approved the appointment of Mr Xu as the CEO of the Company with effect from 1 June 2026.

The Board agreed that Mr Xu's appointment as CEO of the Company supports leadership continuity and succession planning and that his existing involvement in the Group will enable a smooth transition.

Prior to joining LJHB, Mr Xu was the CEO of Ronghua Group Pte Ltd, a provider of healthcare solutions.
