NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 3.02(a) and Section 3.02(d) of the indenture, dated as of October 22, 2020 (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the Indenture), among Indika Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd. (the Company), the entities listed on Schedule I thereto as Guarantors and Citicorp International Limited as Trustee, entered into in connection with the issuance of 8.25% Senior Notes due 2025 (the 2025 Notes), the Company has informed the Trustee that all outstanding 2025 Notes will be redeemed in full on October 31, 2024 (the Redemption Date) at a redemption price equal to 100.000% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to (but not including) the Redemption Date (the Redemption Price).
