The Company hereby notifies you that, in connection with the distribution of the 2025 dividend and the record date falling on 15 September 2026, the Bonds may not be converted during the Closed Period from 21 August 2026 to 15 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).

The Conversion Price will be adjusted downward in accordance with Section 13.05(g) of the Indenture, and the Company will make a separate announcement of the adjusted Conversion Price in due course.
