CFS Retail Property Trust Group (CFX or the Group) today announces the implementation of the proposal to internalise the management of CFX, which included CFX acquiring from Commonwealth Bank of Australia its retail property asset management business and commencing to manage a number of wholesale property funds and mandates (the Internalisation Proposal).
