This announcement supersedes the announcement (reference number: SG200415OTHRGCVH) dated 15 April 2020.
The board of directors of Metal Component Engineering Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's FY2019 Annual Report which was announced on SGXNet on 15 April 2020.
Due to a typographical error, under the section "Chairman Message" on page 6 of the FY2019 Annual Report, the sale consideration amount for MCE Industries (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was incorrectly stated as RMB25 million and should be RMB75.5 million instead ("Amendment"). Save for the Amendment, all other information contained in the FY2019 Annual Report remains unchanged.
Please refer to the attached revised 2019 Annual Report incorporating the above Amendment which will also be uploaded on the Company s website at www.mce.com.sg.
