Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): On February 26, 2026, the meeting of the Company s Board of Directors resolved to approve the distribution of a cash dividend of NT$15.60 per common share in the total amount of NT$60,256,987,940 in respect of the 2025 financial year (the "Cash Dividend"). The Cash Dividend is payable to shareholders of record on July 22, 2026.

Set forth below is the information relating to the adjustments to the Conversion Price resulting from the Cash Dividend:

Pursuant to Section 13.06 of an indenture dated as of September 16, 2024 by and between the Company and Citicorp International Limited, as Trustee (the Indenture ) pursuant to which the Bonds were issued by the Company, we hereby notify you of the adjustments to Conversion Price set forth herein.

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings set forth in the Indenture unless otherwise defined herein.
