Ms Tan Loo Ming Audrey has resigned from her position as the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. ("FCAM"), the manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT").

Ms Tan has been a valued member of the FCAM leadership team and the Board of FCAM thanks her for her service and contribution to FCT.

A successor for Ms Tan is being selected, and an announcement will be made in due course.
