As part of the Board renewal and having served on the Board of Directors of the Company for more than 28 years, Mr. Lim Chye Huat @ Bobby Lim Chye Huat ("Mr. Bobby Lim") has decided not to seek re-election as Director of the Company at the 2025 AGM and has retired by rotation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 2025 AGM.

Accordingly, Mr. Bobby Lim also relinquished his roles as Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee ("ARC"), Nominating Committee ("NC") and Remuneration Committee ("RC").
